PHILLIPSBURG, N.J. - Classes were cut short and let out early at the Phillipsburg Middle School Thursday. It was scheduled. What wasn't scheduled was an increased police presence there Wednesday. It stems from social media posts from a former student and current cafeteria employee. "Saying she was going to stab them, run them over with a car, spit in their food, poison their food.
